REDBLACKS Eye Sold Out Season

When CFL football returned to the Nation’s Capital RNation proved that despite the game’s absence, the passion and pride for football in Ottawa was Strong. Proud. Loud!

With their ticket punched to the CFL East Final at TD Place on November 20, the Ottawa REDBLACKS still have one order of business to deal with before their focus shifts to the 104th Grey Cup playoffs and that their regular season finale Friday night at TD Place against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

The REDBLACKS will look to do what they did in their first season – sell out every game! With less than 500 tickets remaining for Friday’s contest, the REDBLACKS not only eye a sold out season, but setting a franchise record for consecutive sellouts. Friday would make it 11 straight and the 24th sellout in REDBLACKS history.

Over 685,000 fans have come through the gates at TD Place in the 29 games since the stadium opened on July 17, 2014. When the sunsets on the East Final November 20 at TD Place with the REDBLACKS looking to punch their ticket to the Grey Cup for a second straight year, they will also look to eclipse the 730,000 ticket sold mark since their return to the CFL.

Through blue skies, starry nights, torrential rain and cold weather, RNation has been there for every tackle, catch, rush and touchdown. From kick-off to the end of overtime RNation has been there.

On Friday, RNation will again be there, looking to make history.
