2026: Signed with the REDBLACKS on Aug. 3.

2025: Played 14 games for the Montreal Alouettes, helping them reach the Grey Cup.

2024: Played on game for the Alouettes, helping them capture the Grey Cup… Re-signed with Montreal on Nov. 8.

2023: Signed with the Alouettes on June 4… Played 11 regular season games for the Alouettes.

2022: Signed with the BC Lions on Feb. 9… Released by the Lions on May 30… Signed with the Alouettes on July 17.

2021: Jamar made five appearances for the Ottawa REDBLACKS, starting at right tackle.

2020: Did not play due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Jamar was added to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ roster on May 25, 2019 and would attend training camp with the club.

2018: Jamar had NFL practice roster stints with Detroit, San Francisco and the Los Angeles Chargers before moving north in 2019.

COLLEGE/PERSONAL

College: Jamar played 30 games and started 24 at right tackle for Syracuse University. McGloster made the ACC honour roll as a freshman and helped a Syracuse unit finish third in the conference in total offence (456.3 yards per game) in 2017. Personal: The offensive tackle was a basketball player before switching to football during his junior year of high school.
