Nate Taylor
Running Backs Coach
A Montreal native and former defensive back for the Concordia Stingers, Taylor joined the University of Ottawa as a full-time Special Teams Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator in 2016. In 2019, Taylor became the team’s receivers coach, while still serving as recruiting coordinator.
Taylor joined the REDBLACKS as a coaching intern for training camp in 2022 before returning to the U of O for the university football season.
Taylor completed his five-year U SPORTS career at Concordia in 2012, having spent seasons at corner and safety. After being signed as a free agent by the Montreal Alouettes prior to the 2013 season, he returned to the Stingers as a defensive backs coach. Taylor was on the coaching staff for the 2015 East-West Bowl and has coached with Team Ontario on various occasions.
