Each award winner receives well-deserved recognition with an in-game shout-out, along with four tickets to a REDBLACKS home game and a signed REDBLACKS football. Ce prix reconnaît les contributions exemplaires d’entraîneurs locaux qui inspirent et encadrent nos athlètes, favorisant non seulement les habiletés athlétiques, mais aussi le caractère et la résilience. Chaque lauréat recevra une reconnaissance bien méritée avec une mention lors d’un match, ainsi que quatre billets pour un match à domicile du ROUGE et NOIR et un ballon de football du ROUGE et NOIR dédicacé.
