What is your dance/cheer background and experience?

I’ve been cheer leading since I was in my third year of university. I’ve cheered competitively for about 6 years and professionally for 1.

Why did you audition for the REDBLACKS Cheerleading & Dance Team?

I loved being a part of the team last year. The crowd, the atmosphere, the community, and the team, are all amazing. And seeing the smiles on all the kids faces when we talk to them is the icing on top of the cake!

What advice would you give someone who dreams of becoming a cheerleader?

Give it all you have. It’s a very tough and demanding sport, both physically and mentally, but it is so worth it. And never give up, just because you don’t achieve something right away, doesn’t mean you never will.

If you could say one thing to #RNation, what would you say?

Grey Cup 105 could be ours, but we’ll never get there without you! Keep being your amazing selves and this will be our best season yet.
