Who is the most inspirational person in your life?

My mother. She has had so much to deal with in the past few years. It is amazing how much she has kept it together and stayed so strong through it all.

What is one thing you’d like to check off your bucket list?

Take a one month trip around Europe, visiting France, Spain, Croatia and Slovenia

What is your dream vacation destination?

The Dalmatian Coast in Croatia

What is one thing most people would be surprised to know about you?

I’m a bit of a nerd. I love comic books, superheroes, sci-fi and fantasy!

Do you have any nicknames?

My grandfather used to call me JB as a kid

Name one person dead or alive you would want to have a dinner party with and why?

Audrey Hepburn! She was such a strong women who handled her life with such grace and dignity and never shied away from giving back to the world.

What is your dance/cheer background and experience?

I danced my entire life growing up. I was also a member of the Ottawa Senators Sens Brigade before making the switch to the Redblacks Cheer and Dance Team

Why did you audition for the REDBLACKS Cheerleading & Dance Team?

I first auditioned because I wanted to continue to dance. I continue to audition because of the friendships I’ve developed and the amazing community events we are lucky to attend.

What advice would you give someone who dreams of becoming a cheerleader?

Train hard and learn how to take corrections. Be yourself, and most importantly, never give up! If someone tells you no, take that, work to make yourself better and come back even stronger the next year.
