What is your biggest fear?

Who is the most inspirational person in your life?

My parents are the most hardworking and supportive individuals in my life. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them.

What is one thing you’d like to check off your bucket list?

I want to run a marathon

What is your dream vacation destination?

Do you have any nicknames?

My mom calls me B.T.

Name one person dead or alive you would want to have a dinner party with and why?

Ellen DeGeneres. I think she’s an incredible role model who lives in a way that aims to inspire others. While she’s not afraid to hit the hard issues, I admire the way she adds a lightness and warmth to her show.

Finish this statement: I am most proud of…

Always following my dreams and goals. Last year I graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Studies and am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Conflict Studies. I spent last season on the REDBLACKS dance team and cheered on field as the REDBLACKS won their first Grey Cup.

What is your dance/cheer background and experience?

I have been dancing for the past 20 years in various styles including, jazz, ballet, lyrical, modern, acro and hip-hop. I also have experience as a dance instructor.

Why did you audition for the REDBLACKS Cheerleading & Dance Team?

Dancing and performing last season was an experience like no other. I am thankful to be back on the team for a second season and have the ability to share my passion and love for dance and cheer with an amazing group of people.

What advice would you give someone who dreams of becoming a cheerleader?

Always follow your dreams. You won’t regret trying and failing in life, rather you will regret not trying. Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.

If you could say one thing to #RNation, what would you say?

Thank you for all your support and I can’t wait to cheer on the REDBLACKS together this season!
