Game Day at TD Place

Lansdowne is evolving, and so is the REDBLACKS game day experience. As the next phase of development reshapes the site, we want to make sure you have everything you need to arrive with confidence, find your seat, and soak in every moment. Some things are changing, but the energy, the atmosphere, and the community that makes RNation special? That’s not going anywhere.

Planning Your Visit

Arrival & Entry

Getting in has never been more straightforward. Three gates are open to all fans — your best move is to arrive early, choose your closest gate, and let the anticipation build as you make your way in.

💡
Arrive Early for the Best Experience
Getting to TD Place before the crowd means smoother entry, more time to explore, and the chance to catch all the pre-game atmosphere. We recommend arriving at least 90 minutes before kick-off.

The on-field action is just part of the story. Here’s what you can look forward to on and around game day in 2026.

🏟️

A beloved REDBLACKS tradition returns for the 2026 season! Fan capacity will be limited, so entry is first come, first served. Fans will enter through Gate 1 via Sections A, J, M, and Z. All fans will exit through Section Z to Gate 1.
🍔
Food & Beverage
Expect new and evolving food & beverage options throughout TD Place this season, updates to existing spaces and exciting new concepts. More details coming soon.
🎉
Pre-Game Experience
Traditional tailgating will be impacted this season as construction continues at Lansdowne. We’re working on new ways to bring RNation together before kick-off — stay tuned for updates.

What’s New on the Field

2026 CFL Rule Changes

The CFL is introducing new rules in 2026 designed to speed up the game and create a more dynamic experience from the first snap to the final whistle.

⏱️
35-Second Play Clock
A shorter play clock means faster pacing, less time between plays, and more action from start to finish. Buckle up.
🔄
Opposite-Side Benches
Team benches will now be on opposite sides of the field (the visiting team is now on the North sideline), enabling faster and more efficient substitutions throughout the game.
🎯
Modified Rouge Rules
Updated rouge rules are designed to encourage more dynamic, unpredictable play, adding an extra layer of strategy and excitement in every kick.

We Can’t Wait to Welcome You Back

This season comes with changes, and with opportunity. The chance to reimagine game day, build new traditions, and experience the next chapter of REDBLACKS football together. RNation, we’ll see you at TD Place.
