Calling All Artists
The Ottawa REDBLACKS are looking for local talent to be part of our 2025 season game poster campaign! Artists are invited to submit their portfolio at the link below, from there the team will select 9 artists to be featured throughout our season during our 9 regular season home games. Each game we will be working with a different artist to bring our game poster to life while showcasing our city’s artistic talent!
What We’re Looking For:
- A visually stunning, one-of-a-kind poster that captures the spirit of the two teams, while also incorporating elements of the City, sport, diversity, and inclusion.
- Designs that are bold, energetic, and team-spirited – think outside the box from your traditional sports graphics!
Recognition:
- A profile feature on our website and social media post to highlight you and your piece of work!
- Your artwork will be printed, and this one-of-a-kind game poster will be given out at your select home game.
- We will work with the artist on compensation for the final design. Each participating artist will be compensated $500.
How to Enter:
- A letter of interest, no more than one page, explaining your interest in the project and your artistic approach and any other details you would like to share about yourself.
- One to three work samples of your past or current art projects.
- Be ready to bring your vision to life for the community and your Ottawa REDBLACKS.
- Please submit your interest to participate by May 16th, those selected will then be contacted to review which game you will be assigned, and a full project brief will be provided.
