OTTAWA – The Ottawa REDBLACKS continued to fine tune the roster ahead of training camp, adding American defensive backs Marloshawn Franklin and Vincent Calhoun on Tuesday.
Franklin, 25, joins the REDBLACKS after spending last year starring in the European League of Football with the Hamburg Sea Devils, recording 22 tackles, two interceptions and two forced fumbles in just six games. Franklin also spent the 2019 pre-season with the BC Lions and was signed by the Montreal Alouettes before the Covid-19 pandemic wiped out the 2020 campaign.

OTTAWA – Le ROUGE et NOIR d’Ottawa a continué à peaufiner leur liste de joueurs avant le camp d’entraînement, en ajoutant mardi les démi défensifs américains Marloshawn Franklin et Vincent Calhoun.
Franklin, 25 ans, rejoint le ROUGE et NOIR après avoir passé l’année dernière en vedette dans la Ligue européenne de football avec les Sea Devils de Hambourg, enregistrant 22 plaquages, deux interceptions et deux fumbles forcés en seulement six matchs.
