Hey RNation, we hope you’re ready for a busy month of September! We have 3 home games (7th, 21st, and 28th) as well as some other exciting events throughout the month. We wrapped up August with our first ever Movie Night on the Field where we played Friday Night Lights. If you missed that event no need to worry as we have another unique Season Seat member event taking place this month! For more information on all of this month’s events and important FAQ’s see below:

  • Quarterback Club: Thursday, September 19th from 6:00-8:00pm @ The Prescott
  • Exclusive Season Seat Member Event with Rick Campbell and Marcel Desjardins: Monday, September 16th from 6:30-8:00pm @ TD Place (you can secure your tickets by logging into your online account).

FAQs

  • How will the Auto-Renewal program work?

We are rolling out an all new way for you to review & renew your season tickets this season to make it more efficient! In October you will receive an email giving you the opportunity to review your season seat details, bill plan options and more. During this period you will have a month to make decisions regarding your tickets for the 2020 season. If you have any questions at all you can reach out to your account manager.

 

  • How do I reprint tickets for individual games?

To Reprint your tickets, please use the following steps:

STEP 1: Go to www.tdplace.ca/account-login

STEP 2: Log into your online ticket account

STEP 3: Click on Manage My Account

STEP 4: Select Reprint My Tickets

STEP 5: Choose the game and seats you want to print

STEP 6: Confirm seats selected and choose Print at Home disposition.  Tickets will be emailed to the email on file.

 

  • How do I access my online account?

If you have not already setup your online account, please reach out to your designated account manager to do so. If you don’t know who your account manager is, you can contact us at 613-232-6767 x1 or by emailing fanservices@oseg.ca

 

  • How do I get to TD Place on game days?

OC Transpo: All season ticket holders with their card/tickets can ride OC Transpo for free 3 hours before and after all REDBLACKS games.

Shuttles: We run shuttles every 10-15 minutes starting 2 hours prior to kick off. These shuttles run from two different locations: Carleton University & the Canada Post Head Office.
