After a week long celebration of diversity and inclusiveness, Capital Pride hit the streets of Ottawa for their annual parade and the REDBLACKS were right there with them.
Brad Sinopoli and Greg Ellingson were joined by members of Ottawa Fury FC, REDBLACKS Cheer and Dance Team, and OSEG to be part of the You Can Play group in this year’s parade.

The Buds are the REDBLACKS You Can Play ambassadors and took part in this amazing event last year, as well as hosting a You Can Play party at the Grey Cup Festival last November.

The REDBLACKS will also host the organizers of Capital Pride at their August 31 matchup versus Montreal to honour those unsung heroes of our community. As part of the evening, REDBLACKS and Alouettes players will don rainbow helmets decals as well.
