- West returns for a third season with the REDBLACKS. In his past two CFL campaigns with Ottawa, West has played in every game, recording 13 special teams tackles last year and 10 the year before during Ottawa’s run to a Grey Cup championship.

- Played in 51 games over four seasons at East Carolina, recording 333 total tackles. Signed as a free agent Carolina Panthers after attending mini-camp in 2017.
