REDBLACKS training camp 2018 kicks off Sunday

After last week’s three-day rookie camp, the Ottawa REDBLACKS open their main training camp on Sunday at TD Place.

Led by quarterback Trevor Harris, who is coming off two rounds of camp — April’s mini-camp and the more recent rookie sessions — the full REDBLACKS roster will be back on the field together for the first time in six months.

Starting Sunday at 8:30 a.m., camp runs every day leading up to Ottawa’s first pre-season tuneup on May 31 when the REDBLACKS host the Montreal Alouettes at TD Place (7:30 p.m.)

The schedule for the first week of camp is:

Sunday, May 20: 8:30 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

Monday, May 21: 8:30 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

Tuesday, May 22: 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Wednesday, May 23: 8:30 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

Thursday, May 24: 8:30 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

Friday, May 25: 8:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Saturday, May 26: 8:30 a.m. – 11:55 a.m.

Sunday, May 27REDBLACKS Fan Fest, 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. (scrimmage: 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.)

All practices are open to the public. For the full camp schedule, please click here. Fans can access the field via the stairs in the west end zone and are asked to sit in the north side field-level seats.

The REDBLACKS open the regular season at home on June 21 when they host the Saskatchewan Roughriders (7:30 p.m.). Score your seats today!
