REDBLACKS spend weekend kicking off youth football season

Youth football leagues across the National Capital Region kicked off their 2018 season this past weekend and the REDBLACKS were out in the community showing their support.

Saturday morning, Antoine Pruneau and Andrew Marshall joined NCAFA at the Hornet’s Nest where they helped teach aspiring CFLers the tricks of the trade.

Across the Ottawa River, Kyries Hebert, Jason Lauzon-Séguin, Big Joe and REDBLACKS Cheer attended the Gatineau Football Jamboree in Buckingham, QC and met with fans throughout the season kick-off event.

Then on Sunday, Ettore Lattanzio and Andrew Marshall teamed up with former Ottawa Rough Rider Ken Evraire and Ottawa All-Star Flag Football to share their knowledge with local youth players.

Here’s to a great season ahead for everyone involved with community football around the Ottawa-Gatineau area!
