Harris honoured by CFL for Week 16 performance

A come-from-behind win in BC last weekend in his first game back from injury has landed REDBLACKS quarterback Trevor Harris a spot amongst the CFL’s top performers of Week 16.

After falling behind 25-6 early in the third quarter, the entire team found another gear as the REDBLACKS ate away at the lead. But perhaps none more than Harris, who shook off a bit of early rust to finish with 380 yards and three touchdown passes – two to Greg Ellingson and one to Diontae Spencer – while going 28-for-38.

The REDBLACKS are on the road in Saskatchewan this week preparing to face the Roughriders at Mosaic Stadium on Friday night. After last weekend’s win in BC, Ottawa is a single point behind the Toronto Argonauts for top spot in the CFL’s East Division.
