REDBLACKS Home Opener Sold Out

The hottest tickets in town are all gone! The Ottawa REDBLACKS 2016 Home Opener is sold out, the team announced Thursday prior to their Week 2 win over the Montreal Alouettes. The sell-out marks the third straight season that the REDBLACKS have sold out their home opener.

“RNation are the best fans in the CFL – hands down,” said President of OSEG Sports and Partner Jeff Hunt. “Our fans are excited to come to our home games – the atmosphere, the passion, the noise – it is something to experience.”

Last Saturday’s dramatic 45-37 overtime win over Edmonton in the Grey Cup rematch with the Eskimos saw all remaining tickets to the July 8 tilt with the Calgary Stampeders snatched up.

Tickets to their second home game, July 31 against the Toronto Argonauts, are also disappearing fast with fans eager to be part of a special night that will honour the 1976 Rough Riders – celebrating the 40 year anniversary of the last Ottawa football team to win the Grey Cup.
